Frontier West Properties was founded in 2012 in order to manage the principal owner's properties.  Since then we have branched out into 3rd party property management in order to serve our clients with the same exceptional asset management that we apply to our own assets!

Ryan Pokorny is the owner of Frontier West.  Ryan's background is in commercial and residential construction and real estate development.  This experience brings a valuable skill set to the realm of asset management.  At Frontier West Properties there is never any doubt on what should be done about various maintenance and capitol improvement decisions.  The cost of these items is easily determined from our building experience and the necessary contacts to complete the tasks beyond industry standards have been built up over years of successful relationships
